Veronica heads the team handling Wills and other matters for elderly clients. She advises parents on structuring their estates to provide for children with disabilities.
She also specialises in day-to-day financial management for clients under a physical or mental disability, including those who have received damages awards. She handles the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the registration of and management of affairs under enduring and lasting powers of attorney. She also manages Court of Protection applications including applying for statutory Wills and lifetime gifts.
Veronica qualified in 1979. She trained at Wedlake Bell where she also worked after qualifying. She joined Henmans in 1995 and became an associate in 2001.
She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and is the Student Liaison officer for the Thames Valley region.
