Veronica heads the team handling Wills and other matters for elderly clients and those suffering from a physical or mental disability. She advises parents and other relatives on structuring their estates to provide for children and other beneficiaries with disabilities.

She specialises in financial management for clients under a physical or mental disability, including those who have received damages awards. She handles the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the registration of and management of financial affairs under enduring and lasting powers of attorney. Veronica has had particular success in preparing and registering health and Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also manages Court of Protection applications including applying for statutory Wills, lifetime gifts, exercise of trustee powers and she has had particular success in making applications for the appointment of welfare deputies where families are caring for learning disabled adult children.

Veronica qualified in 1979. She trained at Wedlake Bell where she also worked after qualifying. She joined Henmans in 1995 and became an associate in 2001.

She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
