Tamsin specialises in commercial disputes in particular debt recovery and enforcement and professional indemnity claims. She also has experience of property disputes, and contentious trust and probate disputes.
Her recent case highlights include:
- Acting for major insurer defending a significant number of mortgage fraud/professional negligence claims brought against the same insured firm
- Acting for clients out of the jurisdiction wishing to investigate challenges to UK Wills
- Acting for claimant suing previous employer for failure to provide insurance packages when working abroad
- Advising major landowner/estate in relation to emergency injunctive relief following trespass on land by travellers
- Acting for major insurer defending claim brought against firm of solicitors concerning failed litigation
Tamsin trained at Henmans and qualified in 2009. She is a member of the Junior Lawyers' Division and undertakes regular pro bono work at the Citizens' Advice Bureau. She also sits as a Parish Councillor.
