Security is maintained through the use of password controlled user accounts. We are able to define precisely what any user can do or see. It can of course be used in conjunction with any external security system including 'firewalls' and encryption.

The minimum specification required to view the Word documents in history is Word 97, with service pack 2, or Word 2000 with service pack 1.
If you do not have this then you will get an error trying to view the documents.
