She advises on a wide range of commercial landlord and tenant and freehold matters, including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, licence to assign and sublet, licences for alterations and other leasehold property management work. She has also worked on the due diligence aspects of corporate acquisitions of companies and has been involved in business sales and purchases.
