The commercial team has a wide range of experience across a whole spectrum of rural business activities. The team advise on matters including:
- farm partnerships and rural business advice (including the resolution of partnership disputes)
- commercial contracts (including agreements for the supply of crops and livestock to food manufacturers and agreements for farming cooperatives from small ventures to plcs)
- business succession planning and changes in partnership interests and limited companies
- sales of farming businesses and companies
- diversification of farms to include various activities such as food manufacture, retail ventures, and leisure activities
