Roberta specialises in contentious trust and probate work for charities. She deals with a wide range of disputes involving wills, including probate actions where the mental capacity of the deceased is in dispute, want of knowledge and approval claims and undue influence claims. Roberta also handles applications under the Inheritance (Provision for family and dependants) Act 1975; constructive trust and estoppel claims; litigation involving construction of wills and trusts; actions for or against personal representatives accused of breach of trust; rectification claims; inventory and account applications and claims in relation to the removal or replacement of executors and/or trustees.
Roberta qualified in 2004 and has higher rights of audience in all courts and in all proceedings.
