Paul specialises in capital tax planning, advising individuals and entrepreneurs on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters; these include the administration of estates and the preparation of Wills and settlements.

 

Paul qualified in 1996 having trained at Gotelees in Suffolk. He moved to Hewitsons in Northampton on qualification and then to Lodders LLP in Stratford-upon-Avon in 2000 where he became a partner in 2003. Paul joined Henmans in 2008.

 

Paul is a member of the Law Society Probate Section and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He also sits on the Council for St John Ambulance Warwickshire
