Our dispute resolution team is one of the largest litigation teams in the southeast outside London, enabling us to rival City firms with our expertise but offer these services at lower rates. The team has experience in dealing with disputes in all forums including the county and high court, before the Land Registry Adjudicator and the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. We also resolve disputes through mediation, expert determination and arbitration.

We make a point of handling claims proactively at a senior level, with closely supervised assistance from more junior solicitors where appropriate.
