New government regulations mean that we must receive evidence of ID if you are a new client or we have not acted for you for some time. 

The government has introduced measures to make it more difficult for criminals to make and keep money from their crimes and to confiscate the proceeds of crime. For this reason there are compulsory checks which we have to make of our clients.

Being asked for identification does not means you are under suspicion.  The identification requirements apply to all clients when they are instructing us on transactions.

We will ask you to provide us with your original ID documents at the beginning of the transaction – details of the required documents will be explained to you.  Our offices are conveniently situated with ample free-parking should you prefer to bring your documents into the office in person. 

Documents are copied for our records and returned to you without delay.
