Mark advises on wills, powers of attorney and court of protection matters and deals with the administration of complex estates including those comprising an agricultural element. He also deals with charity issues.
Mark trained at Fladgate Fielder and qualified in 1992. He has since worked for a number of London and regional firms including Boodle Hatfield in Oxford. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Law Society Probate Section. He joined Henmans in 2009.
