Farm Business Tenancies

Advising both Landlords and Tenants. Drafting FBTs and advising on the business condition; the agricultural condition and the notice conditions. Acting on the termination of FBTs and compensation issues generally. Advising in respect of landlord/tenant problems in connection with Farm Business Tenancies.

Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies

Save in limited areas following the 1 September 1995 it is no longer possible to grant such Tenancies but we do advise both Landlords and Tenants on all aspects of existing arrangements with particular reference to succession on death or retirement, compensation and disputes generally between the parties.

Grazing Agreements/Licences

Acting on the grant of such Licences, together with advice in respect of current agreements

Agricultural Residential Tenancies

Advising both Landlords and Tenants on Rent (Agricultural) Act tenancies, Assured Agricultural Occupancies and Assured Shorthold Tenancies in an agricultural context including serving all necessary notices, the grant of such tenancies (where still applicable) and the seeking of possession on behalf of the Landlord through the courts.
