Kristal specialises in residential property work. She deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, including first registrations of title.
She works closely with the head of the residential property team, Lesley Pollock. She works with Lesley in the day to day progression of high value conveyancing transactions as well as managing her own caseload of clients.
Kristal joined Henmans in 2003 and was appointed Property Assistant in 2010. Kristal has completed the foundation level of the Licensed Conveyancer’s Course.
