Incentives and executive share option arrangements

We advise on a wide range of incentive arrangements working closely with our clients to ensure that they meet the current and future needs of the business including corporate exits strategies. Examples of the work we do include;

  • Executive share option schemes, including enterprise management incentives (EMIs) to incentivise key employees often with sale or floatation in mind.
  • Company share ownership plans to incentivise and lock in key employees.
  • Phantom share schemes (although less tax efficient).

  • Bonus and commission schemes often balancing business and individual performance.
  • Flexible benefits.
