Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and specialises in family law. She advises clients on a wide range of issues including relationship breakdown and divorce, financial settlements, co-habitee disputes and children matters such as residence and contact disputes and parents seeking to remove their children from the jurisdiction.
Helen has a particular interest in helping clients to reach financial agreements and dealing with the various issues that arise when looking at parties' financial arrangements. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and therefore committed to helping clients deal with matters in a non-adversarial way. However, if the need arises, Helen also has lots of experience in dealing with cases at court.
Helen is also a member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association).
From time to time, Helen gives advice on local radio regarding family issues.
