Viv Matthews, head of HR
Viv has more than 20 years experience in HR and has worked for a variety of firms including Ridge (chartered surveyors), Vichy (part of the L'Oreal Group), Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and Group 4 Total Security. She joined Henmans in 1999 and successfully took the firm through to gaining the Investors in People accreditation in 2002 and a first review in 2004.
Viv holds an MA in Human Resource Management and Strategy, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds the British Safety Council Certificate in Health and Safety Management and is an Associate of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management.
Sally Scott, HR assistant
Sally has worked for a variety of companies including OPP Ltd (business psychology), PR Newswire (a subsidiary of United Business Media) and Video Arts Ltd (business training programmes). Throughout her career she has had a keen interest in HR matters and finally made the decision to move into HR. She joined the firm in April 2008. Sally is currently working towards the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice qualification.
