Helen specialises in residential property work, advising mostly on high worth conveyancing matters.
Other areas of practice include advising on equity release, transfers of equity and remortgages. Helen works with our private client department in tax planning transfers, leases, court of protection matters and probate sales.
She also works closely with our family department in relation to the property aspects of consent orders and judicial separation agreements.

- Sale of a London residence for an individual - £8.25 million
- Purchase of a London apartment for an individual - £4.4 million
- Sale of a residence for a deceased’s estate - £2.4 million
- Purchase of a castle for a client company - £2.4 million
- Purchase of a freehold in London - £9 million
Helen trained in Scotland and qualified there in 1978. She qualified under English Law in 1984 working at Cole & Cole. She joined Henmans LLP in 2002. In 2007 she was invited to become an Associate.
Helen retains her membership of the Law Society of Scotland.
