Himesh is a member of the firm's commercial team. He acts for national and international companies, individuals and trusts across a broad range of industry sectors including life sciences, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, banking and finance, software and telecommunications, publishing, universities, research and development and public bodies.      
 
Himesh's experience includes advising clients on:

  • Intellectual property exploitation, including the licensing and assignment of IPRs and IP infringement issues

Himesh read physiology and biochemistry at Reading University and qualified as solicitor in the City of London in 2007.  Outside of work Himesh is a keen sportsman (including football, cricket and cycling), live music fan and serves as a trustee for his local Agenda 21 charity.  Himesh joined Henmans in 2011.
