Gemma advises on all family issues including practical and financial arrangements for children, divorce, financial settlements and cohabitation. She works closely with other members of the family team. She aims to resolve disputes in a constructive and non confrontational way where possible, with a view to minimising the financial and emotional costs to her clients.
Gemma trained at Henmans and qualified in 2008. She has been an affiliate member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association) since 2006. Gemma is a member of the Junior Lawyers Division, the Oxford Young Professionals Society and Oxfordshire Women’s Forum.
Until recently she was the Oxfordshire representative on the Junior Lawyers Division National Committee as well as being a key committee member of the Oxfordshire Trainee Solicitors Group.
