In addition to providing the firm's company secretarial service, Fiona's detailed knowledge of Companies Act procedures makes her an important member of our acquisition and disposal teams. She also works closely with the solicitors in the corporate department on company formations, restructuring and demerger, and on share options.
Fiona worked in the Corporate and trusts Department of a leading Bermuda law firm for nine years before joining Henmans in 1997.
