Child Support Agency official site: They are an executive agency of the Department of Social Security and are responsible for running the child support system which was introduced in April 1993.
Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission provides impartial information and support to help both parents make informed choices about child maintenance, and includes tools such as a maintenance calculator and private agreement template. It provides general guidance leaflets and practical information on areas linked to child maintenance, such as housing, employment and money.
