Elizabeth specialises in advising clients about divorce, financial settlements, children and cohabitation matters. When a relationship breaks down there are often many issues that clients need to deal with, Elizabeth ensures her clients are fully informed about all of their options.
As a member of Resolution, Elizabeth is committed to taking a sensible and effective approach whilst keeping a close eye on costs, so her client’s feel fully informed about the best way to achieve what are often life changing decisions.
Elizabeth works closely with her clients in a sensitive manner, adopting a constructive and friendly approach wherever possible with all parties involved, to secure an amicable resolution. When necessary, she has experience of the Court system, if that approach has to be adopted to resolve matters. She has also worked with the Official Solicitor on family cases where clients have lacked the necessary capacity to instruct a solicitor.
Having trained with Wilsons LLP and qualified in 2009, she joined the family team at Henmans LLP in 2010. Since joining she has become a member of the local Resolution Committee and can be found at regular local networking groups. She has also worked with the team to write articles for the local press and social networking sites.
