Desh handles a broad range of commercial property transactions, including commercial landlord and tenant matters, investment property, development, lettings of commercial/retail shops/units, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, dealing with hotels, restaurants, public houses and other leisure related businesses and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Henmans in 2011, Desh was at the regional Sussex based firm Mayo Wynne Baxter and before that at the London office of the U.S firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where Desh was involved in various UK corporate transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, for both corporate buyers and sellers.
Outside of work he enjoys playing sport and in particular football, cricket and golf.
