Charlotte handles a wide range of complex commercial property transactions. In addition Charlotte has acted for private clients in buying, selling and leasing residential property as well as acting for large property developers in the sale of developed plots.
Charlotte’s work includes:
- Acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leases and under-leases and renewing leases.
- Drafting deeds of easements.
- Licences to assign, deeds of assignment, licences to carry out alterations, licences to occupy.
- Agreements for commercial leases and the surrender of commercial leases.
- Adverse possession applications and defending against claims for adverse possession and acting for clients where their successful claim for adverse possession is being disputed.
- Leasehold enfranchisement matters.
- Transfers and assents of complex registered and un-registered land
- Sale and purchase of properties at auction
- Assured shorthold tenancies and long leases of residential properties
Charlotte completed her training at Pitmans, qualifying in 2003 before joining Henmans LLP in 2004.
